singing does not have to be a solo journey

Many adult singers want to improve their technique and feel more at ease with their voice, yet practicing alone can feel confusing or inconsistent. Without regular guidance, it is easy to second-guess yourself or feel unsure if you are making real progress.

These small group lessons are designed to change that.

I have gained more confidence and skill in reaching for the higher notes in my vocal range. – Carolyn D.

Learning in a small group brings structure, motivation, and connection.

You will benefit from:

  • A dedicated weekly lesson
  • Learning from others’ questions & breakthroughs
  • Support and encouragement from your fellow singers

The group is intentionally kept small, ideally six to eight singers or less, so you receive personal attention while also enjoying the journey of learning together.

My lessons with Sarah have given me so much more joy and confidence—having been able to truly find my voice for what feels like the first time! – Caroline M.

What are Spotlight Sessions?

Spotlight Sessions: Private Video Instruction are short, private video lessons that your singer can submit between in-person lessons. They were created to support singers during busy weeks, missed sessions, or moments when a singer would benefit from deeper, more focused guidance.

Your singer records a short video—either singing something we’re currently working on or responding to a specific assignment I’ve given—and uploads it. I then send back a personalized teaching video with detailed instruction.

Because I can pause, review, and analyze closely, these sessions provide exceptionally focused guidance. It’s the same one-on-one teaching experience—just delivered in a flexible way that keeps growth steady, especially during audition prep or when a singer wants extra support.

I review and respond to Spotlight Sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.
