A note from Sarah:
Dear Singers (& Parents!), 
This year, your lessons don’t include just a lesson with me.  There’s more learning & integration that needs to happen for you to achieve your goals, so everything you have access to from now on is designed to support your growth & help you achieve your goals, especially in the ways the we can’t address in the context of a lesson. 
Everything is optional so you never have to feel overwhelmed or like you’re cramming. 
These resources are designed to fill the gaps that I assessed in our collective singer community last year, and let you start deepening your learning in between your lessons, not just when you’re at the studio, but when you’re at home as well (or in the car, or at the beach, or anytime!).  
I’m most excited about studio class, the resource library, and office hours. These are the ways you needed extra support last year, and now they’re finally included in your enrollment!

On-Demand Resource Library

Get me when you need me in between your lessons with exercises, warmups, mini-lessons, and more. The library is a body of resources like breath exercises, meditations, centering moments (like before an audition or performance), vocalizations, and other warmups.  The library will grow & grow throughout the season as you ask for what you want more help with, and will be a place to turn to help support your practice and learning when you’re outside the studio so you can keep learning no matter where or when you are!

Studio Class

Held throughout the season, studio class is an opportunity for you to practice auditioning or performing in front of your peers so that you can strengthen that skillset in a safe, supportive environment and refine your ability to sing in front of an audience so you can nail it when it really counts.

Ongoing Support Between Lessons (aka Remote Mini-Lessons)

Real-time feedback, for example when you’re stuck or prepping for auditions even when you’re not in a lesson. This can be video, audio, or written feedback. For example, you can send a video recording and asking me for help with a concept or section of a piece; send in self-tape takes to get help finding the best one; or send an audio recording of a section of a song you’re stuck on to get help, etc)

Office Hours for Parent Checkins & Strategy Sessions

If you’re a parent, during office hours you’ll be able to get updates from me on your child’s progress over the phone – a deeper dive than the quick checkin we can have after a lesson – you can also get audition help, college/conservatory application advisory & summer program advisory during office hours at no additional cost.

Makeup Lessons

If you need to miss your regular lesson, this is for you. This year, 2 makeup lessons per term are included if you’re enrolled in 2 or 3 lessons a month, and 1 per term if you’re enrolled in 1 lesson a month.  These are offered during office hours at no additional fee.  I’ll open specific office hours for makeup lessons and you’ll schedule them yourself. These exclusively available to you as an enrolled singer.

Sheet Music Library

Access to sheet music for your repertoire or book in your correct keys.  This is available in your lesson with Sarah.
